Have you got a time machine? Can you take me back in time?

This Wonder Woman asks what would it have been like in 1949 for a person living life on 4 wheels. In the US, it wasn’t as “glamorous” as in the UK. In the US, you were hidden from view or institutionalized, there was no government MANDATING that you are employed. There were no paid trainings. And today? It’s not much different. The EEOC can only get you as far as an interview. Once they see the wheels, they find any reason to hire the next person. You have non-profits that train you but, few are paid. I’m not sure I would have done well in 1949 USA as a black, disabled woman. I barely do well in 2013 as such. More later. For now, enjoy Wonder Woman’s post.
